Terms and Conditions

Every plan, drawing, CAD file, renders, laser-cutting layout, DXF file, PDF plan, assembly drawing, manual, illustration, and other digital content included with this package is the intellectual property of Royal Airframes and is protected by international copyright laws and applicable treaties. 

License Granted 

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these files for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No ownership or copyright in the files is transferred to the purchaser. This license permits you to: 

• Build one or more models for your own personal use. 
• Produce laser-cut parts for your own models. 
• Modify the design for your own personal projects. 
• Print replacement parts for your own use. 

Commercial Use 

Commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Royal Airframes. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: 

• Manufacturing or selling laser-cut kits. 
• Selling partially assembled or fully assembled kits.  Selling CNC-cut parts. 
• Selling 3D printed parts produced from these designs.  Selling modified versions of these files. 
• Selling derivative works based on these designs. 
• Using these files in commercial kit production. 

Producing kits for customers, clubs, schools, or organizations, whether for profit, cost recovery, donation, or free distribution. A separate Commercial Production License must be obtained from Royal Airframes before any commercial production or resale. 

You May Not 

Without written authorization from Royal Airframes, you may not: 

• Copy these files for others, share, upload, or distribute these files. 
• Email these files to another person. 
• Upload these files to websites, forums, cloud storage, torrents, or social media. 
• Resell or redistribute these files in any format. 
• Convert these files into another digital format for redistribution or resale. 
• Claim authorship or ownership of these designs. 
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks. 
• Reverse engineer these files for commercial reproduction. 

Changing the file format (including conversion to SVG, DWG, STL, AI, EPS, CDR, or any other format) does not remove copyright protection 

Enforcement 

Royal Air Frames reserves the right to investigate and enforce its intellectual property rights against any unauthorized use. Royal Air Frames actively monitors unauthorized commercial use of its intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, commercial production, redistribution, resale, or publication may result in:

• DMCA takedown notices 
• Marketplace infringement reports (Etsy, eBay, Facebook, Cults3D, etc.) 
• Web hosting complaints  Payment processor complaints 
• Civil legal proceedings 
• Claims for damages, profits, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief 

International copyright protections may apply under applicable national laws and international treaties. 

Commercial Licensing 

Businesses wishing to manufacture laser-cut kits, produce commercial kits, distribute plans, or otherwise use Royal Air Frames designs commercially must obtain a written Commercial Production License before production begins.
